Universal intention

This is the root of the parent/child tree of all Intentions.  Perhaps it is unnecessary to declare anything in particular, and just note that it is actively created by the intentions of all the fields.  Maybe we can eventually articulate a declaration pointing us towards the best that we can achieve collectively.  Maybe what is needed is a space for dialog between the fields where we get a real sense of our shared values.
